The naming sponsors for Formula 1 2026
Amid the official car presentations, we review the companies that will give their names to the teams this season.
Three teams have technology or software companies as their title sponsor: Williams (Atlassian), Ferrari (HP), and Red Bull (Oracle).
Financial companies or payment services are also a prominent sector in the tournament, as both Mastercard (McLaren) and Visa (Racing Bulls) appear in a team's name. In Visa's case, it is paired with Cash App, making RB the only team with two naming sponsors. Audi also enters this category with the recently announced Revolut.
The rest of the sponsors are divided among two oil companies (Aramco at Aston Martin and Petronas at Mercedes-AMG), one water purification company (BWT at Alpine), and a car developer (TGR at Haas).
Cadillac F1, the team returning this season, has yet to confirm if it will have a naming sponsor. It is likely to be the only case competing with a "clean" team name.
