FIFA opened its first office in Africa
Ahead of the 2030 World Cup, the Federation established its presence in Morocco, one of the host countries.
Located in Rabat, the capital, the office aims to "achieve global impact in football" according to president Gianni Infantino.
The new facility will manage technical and educational support for all 54 African federations - work previously handled from their Paris office, which closed following this Moroccan inauguration.
