Talleres presents its Observatory for Professional Management of Football Clubs

The Matador leadership created this new Department within the club with several defined objectives. Among them, the search to quantify the economic impact of soccer beyond the sports environment stands out; detail the value chain of the football industry; make visible cases of professional management successes; and promote the best articulation of development programs that link the clubs, with companies and all levels of the public sector.

For this, managers and leaders in the professional management areas will use economic, statistical and econometric tools to carry out an impact analysis that will serve to find the guidelines for competitiveness and sustainable growth.

The Workshop Management Model presented at the Córdoba Development Agency

Club authorities were invited by the Agency for Economic Development of the City of Córdoba (ADEC) to share the management experience with representatives of the most important economic and social entities in the city. There, the representatives of Talleres shared the most relevant indicators of sports management applied to this civil association dedicated to professional soccer.

"The unprecedented invitation that prioritizes the work of our people is a testament to institutional growth and the contribution that football can make to generate social value for the city," the club said.
