Rappi joins the Major Division of Colombian Professional Soccer
Technology continues to gain ground in football. Looking to bond with new trends, clubs and confederations sign agreements with companies that base their business strategy on a 3.0 world. By providing solutions to users without the need to move from their chairs, these companies open a new business unit for the direct players of the sport.
Such is the case that the App of delivery, Rappi, signs a revolutionary agreement with the Major Division of Colombian Professional Soccer (Dimayor). Betting on the 3.0 experience, soccer football fans can buy their tickets from the application and enter the stadium with a QR code and access a special space called "Rappi Tribune". In it, fans can also order food and drinks to be brought directly to the seats.
In addition, fans can purchase official license products from the clubs directly from the App and receive them at the addresses they wish; as also, institutions can offer unique experiences that can be, from taking a picture with soccer players or even going out with them on a game day.
At the moment the only clubs that have joined this action are: America, Deportivo Cali, Atlético Nacional, Independiente Medellin, Millonarios, Santa Fe and Real Cartagena; But Rappi executives are betting that the 36 clubs affiliated with the Dimayor join the initiative.
