KICK to broadcast live football for the first time

The streaming platform announced a strategic agreement to air Brasileirão matches in Latin America.

KICK has partnered with 1190 Sports, the holder of the championship's international rights, to broadcast a total of 76 matches (two per round) for free across the region, excluding Ecuador and Brazil.

The matches will be available on the official KICK Latam channel, with the option for major streamers to retransmit and provide commentary for their own audiences.

This marks the first time a platform has reached an official agreement to broadcast a football league. Previous live football instances on such platforms occurred through individual streamers, such as Ibai during the 2021 Copa América on Twitch, or LaCobra with the Santos-Palmeiras match in 2025.
