Hyundai becomes official UEFA Champions League sponsor

The South Korean automaker has signed a five-year agreement running through 2031 with Europe's premier club competition.

Hyundai fills the "Official Automotive Partner" inventory slot left vacant since Nissan ended its seven-year sponsorship tenure in 2021.

Beyond pitchside branding and fan activations, Hyundai will showcase its electric vehicle line—headlined by the new IONIQ 3. The partnership also spans the broader UEFA property umbrella, including the UEFA Super Cup and UEFA Youth League.

The agreement expands Hyundai's global football portfolio alongside long-standing partnerships with FIFA and CONMEBOL Libertadores, as well as club deals with Atletico de Madrid, Eintracht Frankfurt, and Inter Miami.
