Football and Music: Mastercard action with CONMEBOL Legends

Prior to the CONMEBOL Libertadores final that took place in Rio de Janeiro and which faced Fluminense and Boca Juniors, Mastercard Latin America presented a campaign called Football and Music, in collaboration with CONMEBOL Libertadores. This campaign consisted of asking Leyendas CONMEBOL how they relate music to their career in football and CONMEBOL Libertadores.

On the “Xeneize” side, Roberto Abbondanzieri said that the song “And give joy to my heart”, by Fito Páez, reminds him a lot of the continental tournament, since the Boca fans reverted that song with the phrase “La Copa Libertadores It's my obsession." Sebastián Battaglia also participated in the campaign.

The Brazilian CONMEBOL Legends who participated were Danilo and Zé Roberto, with the latter telling how he learned to play the tambourine and his relationship with the Samba-Rock genre
