Twitch will broadcast Team Usa matches in Tokyo 2020

The streaming platform Twitch and the NBA acquired the exclusive rights to broadcast the matches of the US basketball team during 2020, which includes the matches that the team will play at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

Twitch, which depends on Amazon, will issue friendly and official matches of the men's and women's teams for free. In addition, fans will be able to see the matches of the US team that will participate in the 3x3 mode, which will debut as an Olympic sport.

On the other hand, the streaming platform already had other agreements with the NBA since last year. Twitch offers free G-League and WNBA matches.

The Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games will begin on July 24 and Team Usa will seek to defend the gold medal won in the previous edition.
