The World Cup Trophy arrives in Argentina with Coca-Cola

As part of the brand's "Trophy Tour," the original World Cup trophy will be on display in Buenos Aires on February 19 and 20.

During an exhibition at the La Rural fairgrounds, fans will be able to take photos with the Cup and participate in a series of immersive brand experiences organized by Coca-Cola.

The Trophy Tour kicked off on January 3 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Over the course of 150 days, it will visit 30 countries across 75 different stops. Before arriving in Argentina, the tour will pass through Guatemala, Honduras, Colombia, and Ecuador; it will later travel to Uruguay and Brazil.

Coca-Cola has been an official sponsor of the World Cup since 1978 and has activated its partnership through the trophy tour since Germany 2006. For the last two editions, the trophy has also been showcased at La Rural.
