Meta AI joined as official partner of the racing team in a long-term alliance.
The team will use artificial intelligence to analyze performance data and optimize race strategies.
Commercially, Meta AI's logo will appear on driver helmets and offer fan activations through Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
While sports previously had AI-related partnerships like Premier League-Microsoft and Los Angeles Rams-SprintAI, Meta AI becomes the first pure AI category sponsor for a sports team.
