Real Madrid has its new Audi
Are they on legs? Not at all, the Real Madrid players received their new Audi on Monday. As has become customary every year since the carmaker and the Spanish club signed a sponsorship agreement in 2003, the "Blanco" squad and the coach received the keys to the car they will use this season.
As an innovative detail, for the first time all the vehicles that were delivered to the members of the Madrid dressing room will have some kind of electrification, in addition to four-wheel drive.
Obviously the players were given their tastes according to their preferences. Álvaro Odriozola, Lucas Vázquez, Marcelo and Marco Asensio went for an A7 Sportback, while Raphael Varane and Vinicius Junior preferred to go for a 100% electric e-ton Sportback.
Karim Benzema opted for a Q5, one of the smallest in the collection. On the side of Mariano, Andrij Lunin, Rodrygo, Thibaut Courtois, Dani Carvajal, Nacho Fernández and Isco Alarcón chose a Q7. Luka Modric, Eder Militao, Ferland Mendy, Toni Kroos and Eden Hazard, went for a Q8. The latter two compared to the one chosen by the French striker are a better quality model that exceed 80,000 euros.
The Uruguayan Fede Valverde went for an RS Q8 (the most expensive being valued at 160,000 euros) and Sergio Ramos who, like Zidane, opted for RS 6 Avant.
Now if the Real Madrid players have how to get to their training sessions.
