MLS and Apple TV will broadcast live matches through a video game for the first time
The American league and the streaming platform partnered with EA SPORTS FC Mobile to carry out an innovative broadcast.
Within the mobile game, fans will be able to watch LA Galaxy vs. New York Red Bulls and Atlanta United vs. Philadelphia Union in May, plus two more matches in September.
The initiative aims to promote a preview of the MLS Season Pass on Apple TV, a subscription that allows viewers to watch every match of the season. Limited-time features will also be added to EAFC Mobile, enabling users to interact, play, and access exclusive content on match days.
