Lionel Messi, Lautaro Martínez, and Nico Paz star in new Michelob Ultra campaign

The Argentine national team players share a spot for the official World Cup beer alongside other stars of the tournament.

 The video takes place in a luxury hotel where the Argentines encounter three representatives from the United States national team, engaging in a match to win the beers.

Under the tagline "Superior is worth playing for," the campaign features special appearances by Ronaldo Nazário, Alex Morgan, and actor Billy Bob Thornton.

Lionel Messi has been a Michelob Ultra ambassador since 2024, in a partnership that began with the sponsorship of the CONMEBOL Copa América.

The brand will have a major presence at the 2026 World Cup, as it was selected by the multinational AB InBev as the lead beer. As seen in the 2025 Club World Cup, it will present the "Player of the Match" award for every game.
