Adidas blends football and music in the new Manchester United collection
The club collaborated with The Stone Roses, a historic rock band from the city of Manchester.
The casual clothing line includes t-shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, pants, bucket hats, and even sneakers. They feature designs with the club's retro crest, the Adidas "Trefoil" logo, and patterns that mimic the cover of the band's first album.
Manchester United plays the "battle of the bands" derby against Manchester City, as both clubs are closely identified with a 90s rock group—Oasis being the one for the "Citizens."
