The Intruder in Inter Miami’s Celebrations
After winning the Supporters’ Shield (the trophy for the best team in the MLS season), a particular detail caught the attention of the sports marketing world inside the “Herons” locker room and in Lionel Messi’s hands.
It was a Más+ by Messi bottle, the Argentine star’s isotonic drink brand. What’s interesting is that Inter Miami, like all MLS franchises, has BodyArmor, Coca-Cola’s sports drink in the U.S., as their sponsor in that category.
This isn’t the first time Messi has showcased his own brand where he plays, as he was previously seen at an Argentina national team camp posing with a Más+ bottle.
