Nike launches the new Mercurial 360 boots in Argentina

The year 1998 was chosen by Nike to launch the first Mercurial bootie model that would revolutionize the industry for its technology and design. Twenty-one years later, the new model of the iconic loot arrives in our country under the name of Mercurial 360. With the aim of seeking comfort, speed and lightness, the designers of the North American multinational developed this product with the best technology. The structure of the flyknit chapel, made by a set of threads, is the thinnest and strongest developed by Nike Football so far. This reduces the rigidity of the material, achieving greater softness and comfort. These threads - incorporated for the first time in Mercurial's history - are lighter and stronger than conventional ones, increasing the support of the foot from the heel to the toe.

When it comes to graphic design, until then it had always been very minimalist. One of the main aesthetic updates that it incorporates is the modification in the branding of the Swoosh, something completely new for Nike Football. Another of the changes is the fall of the logo located on the side of the shoe, which descends towards the plugs and continues under the foot. Larger and unfinished, it is inspired by the Vaporfly and Zoomfly running shoes, alluding to the concept of speed that the booty seeks to transmit. In addition, the slogan Nike icon, "Just Do It" and the booty nickname, "Merc", are added on the heel part, while the phrase "Nike Football" appears in a range of languages throughout the plate.

The new Nike Mercurial 360 Vapor and Superfly - available in the Blue Fury color - can be obtained in Argentina from today (15/8) in the Nike Store Alto Palermo and other Nike Stores in the country.

Details of the new Mercurial 360:

- All Conditions Control (ACC) technology: optimizes ball touch control regardless of weather conditions and prevents the booty from being porous.

- New Nike Aerotrak Plate: it serves as the force transfer area and reduces the weight of the booty by about 200 grams, providing greater speed.

- Aerow Tract plate: the new shape and geometry of the plugs (1mm longer) provides greater speed and durability and better response and traction.
