Newell's and Huracán team up with Twitter
More and more cases show that the new playing field for clubs is social media. With the possibility of reaching millions of fans around the world, with just one click, the strategic alliances that can be made with these platforms are more than important.
Under this concept and in order to celebrate their 117th and 112th anniversary, Newell's Old Boys and Huracán signed cooperation agreements with Twitter. The lepers and burners wore the phrase "# 117Nwells" and "# H1908", respectively, on the first date of the Professional League Cup, a hashtag that, if used on the social network, would reveal an exclusive Twemoji for clubs.
