Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield released “Holy Ears”
Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield have teamed up to launch a line of cannabis-infused edibles called “Holy Ears”, which are shaped like ears with a bite mark. The collaboration was announced on Monday, November 14, and comes 25 years after the pair's infamous heavyweight championship showdown, in which Tyson was disqualified for biting off a piece of Holyfield's ear.
“From Mike Bites to Holy Ears, now cannabis fans around the world can experience the same wellness benefits that plant-based products have given me. It is a privilege to meet with him," Tyson said in a statement.
“Mike and I have a long history of competition and respect for each other. That night changed our lives. Back then, we didn't realize that even as power athletes, we also had a lot of pain. Now, almost 20 years later, we have the opportunity to share the medicine that we have needed throughout our careers,” Holyfield said.
