Mercado Libre to back Franco Colapinto for another season
The e-commerce giant has renewed its sponsorship agreement with the BWT Alpine F1 Team.
The company's logo will be featured on the team's car throughout the entire 2026 F1 season, continuing a partnership that officially began in 2025.
Mercado Libre has sponsored Colapinto since his promotion from F2 to F1 in 2024. The company initially signed with Williams Racing before moving to BWT Alpine. Beyond the track branding, the driver serves as a brand ambassador, starring in various advertising campaigns and activations for both "MeLi" and Mercado Pago.
Other prominent F1 ambassadors for the company include Brazil's Gabriel Bortoleto and Mexico's Sergio Pérez, who signed their respective deals in January and February of this year.
