McDonald's turns Formula 1 circuits into promotions

The fast-food chain has activated its regional sponsorship with the racing competition in a unique way.

The brand created the "Golden Zone," a concept that identifies the shape of the golden arches logo within the curves of each F1 circuit.

When the race passes through that specific set of turns, McDonald's launches live offers through its app for just a few seconds, prompting fans to compete against each other to claim them.

The campaign was initially launched in Colombia, although it can be applied throughout Latin America, as McDonald's serves as the regional sponsor for F1 in that area.
