La Liga sold TV rights for over €6 billion
Spanish football's governing body reached new agreement with DAZN and Telefónica.
For the 2027-2032 period, broadcasters will pay 9% more than previous years, each airing 5 matches per matchweek.
The €6.135 billion contract allocates €5.250B for first division, €650M for HORECA (hotel/restaurant broadcasts), €175M for La Liga Hypermotion (second division), and €60M for highlights/other broadcast rights.
DAZN continues broadcasting Europe's top football leagues (also holds Premier League, Bundesliga and Serie A rights) following audience growth with the Club World Cup's success.
