Kalcomax and San Martín de Progreso pay homage to Emiliano Sala

The case of Emiliano Sala moved everyone. The Argentine striker died in a tragic plane crash, going to his new club (Cardiff). After several days of searching and with significant financial support from hundreds of players, the player's relatives were able to find his body and make the respective farewell.

Almost two months after the accident, Kalcomax and San Martin de Progreso presented a shirt in homage to Sala. The brand and the Santa Fe team, where he played as a youth, wore an outfit in which he reviews various statistical data of his career, such as 96 lines alluding to each of the many achieved professionally and the shields where he played. It should be noted that the designer, Matias Pecorari, and the brand decided to add the Cardiff crest, despite not having played any matches.

The presentation was made in the last home match of San Martin de Progreso by Liga Esperancina de Fútbol. With the presence of Sala's family, the red-and-white team wore the shirt and achieved a resounding victory by 4 to 0. For the moment, both the brand and the club have not been informed if this clothing will be offered for sale.
