UNESCO arrives in Boedo

On Friday at 9:30 p.m. at the Florencio Sola Stadium, San Lorenzo will begin their tour of the Professional League Cup. With a new coaching staff and players who came to reshape the Barça team, Boedo's men will aim to leave behind the bad image of last semester and dream of returning to the top positions.

But at the Florencio Sola, not only will the Barça coaching staff and footballers debut, but San Lorenzo will debut with its main sponsor, UNESCO. The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization stamps its logo in the center of the chest of the shirt, making official a sponsorship that had been signed in mid-2021 but with the presence of Banco Ciudad in this location it had to be wait for that sponsorship to expire (it happened at the beginning of 2022) so that this entity can be created.

UNESCO will have a presence not only in the first division men's team but also in the women's team and in the reserve teams. The duration of the sponsorship will be until April 30 of this year and its main axis is to disseminate the different actions carried out by the Organization to improve the reality of many children in our country.

“The alliance with UNESCO represents a great pride for us, because San Lorenzo is an institution with a very marked social role, since its very foundation. Wearing the logo on the shirt only reaffirms that important bond”, commented Miguel Mastrosimone, Secretary of the Club, in the presentation video of this sponsorship.
