FC Barcelona announces partnership with EgyptAir
Egypt's flag carrier has become an official sponsor of the defending LaLiga champions.
Under a three-year agreement, EgyptAir will serve as the official airline for the club's football, basketball, and handball teams. For the handball squad, the airline's logo will feature prominently on the front of the official jersey.
According to Spanish media reports, the contract will net the club €4.5 million per season. EgyptAir will co-exist alongside Vueling, which remains the official airline partner for the women's football team.
The deal marks the return of an official airline sponsor for FC Barcelona's men's team after nearly a decade, following the conclusion of its Qatar Airways partnership in 2017.
