Estadio Monumental to receive a new naming sponsor in 2027

River Plate is set to terminate its current contract with ChangoMâs ahead of schedule as part of a landmark agreement with the global entertainment giant Live Nation.

The Millonario announced a $110 million investment from Live Nation, DF Entertainment, and Dale Play. This deal grants the consortium exclusivity for concerts and stadium naming rights for the next 10 years. Of the total figure, $80 million is allocated to concert rights, while the remaining $30 million covers the naming sponsorship.

The venue will not be named Live Nation Monumental; instead, the production company will collaborate with the club to negotiate with brands for the new title.

The previous agreement with ChangoMâs was set to expire in 2029, bringing in $2.85 million annually for River. Under the new terms, that figure rises to $3 million per year, establishing it as one of the most lucrative naming rights deals in Latin America.
