Does Fly Emirates leave Paris Saint Germain?
Since the arrival of the airlines to the shirts of the main football clubs, we have talked about the petrodollars and the millions that have invested to position themselves in the most famous sport in the world. Over the years, large companies have dethroned the ranking of major sponsors and their amounts have been relegated. In the heat of competition of Champions League, the prestigious newspaper Le Parisien announced that the Paris Saint Germain has decided not to renew its agreement with Fly Emirates, a bond that unites them from season 2006/2007.
According to press reports, the Parisian team would be in search of a sponsor to raise the amounts of his shirt and can overcome a deal of 50 million euros, such as Manchester United with Chevrolet (69 million dollars). The deadline to specify a new sponsor would be in early July, in the run-up to the presentation of the new Nike shirt model. Le Parisien points out that there are three major companies in the orbit but only names their items: Another airline, a financial services company or an appliance company.
