Betano became the new main sponsor of River Plate
The betting company debuted on the "Millonario's" jersey in the match against Vélez Sarsfield.
The deal will last for the next three seasons, bringing the club $6 million annually.
With this move, River Plate switched from one betting company to another as its main sponsor, ending its partnership with Codere, which had been in place since 2021.
This is Betano's first experience as a main sponsor for an Argentine football club, though it has held the naming rights for the Liga Profesional tournaments since 2024.
