Airbnb offers cash incentive to new hosts for 2026 World Cup
The accommodation platform has launched a major recruitment drive ahead of the upcoming global tournament in North America.
The company is offering a $750 USD bonus to new hosts who list their entire home for the first time and complete at least one stay by July 31. This incentive is paid in addition to the standard rental income earned from the booking.
The promotion is active in all 16 host cities across the United States, Mexico, and Canada, covering major metropolitan hubs such as Boston, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, and San Francisco.
Airbnb signed a multi-tournament partnership with FIFA in June 2025, serving as an official sponsor for the Club World Cup, the 2026 Men's World Cup, and the 2027 Women's World Cup. The platform aims to be the primary choice for traveling fans, offering unique "Experiences" alongside traditional lodging.
