AIA renews with Tottenham for 360 million euros
The arrival of Tottenham in the UEFA Champions League final has allowed the club to increase the visibility of its “brand”. Positioning itself in the final duel of the most important event at the level of clubs in the world, begins to give economic returns linked to Sports Marketing.
Taking advantage of its passage through Asia to play the International Champions Cup, AIA Group presented the renewal of its link with Tottenham. By signing a new agreement until the 2026/2027 season, the Insurance and Financial Services Group will pay 360 million euros, which represents 45 million euros per year.
The link between AIA and Tottenham dates back to 2013. Although the beginning of the agreement only applied to Premier League duels, the agreement was extended to all competitions the following year. As for the new sponsorship, the brand will not only cover the male professional team but will also land on the women's team as well.
