Vélez Sarsfield and Macron unveiled a new special jersey
The Liniers club launched their third kit for 2025, inspired by the 1926 crest.
It features a predominantly sky-blue design, with a circular pattern in shades of blue and details from the club’s crest. The cuffs display the Italian flag as a tribute to Vélez's origins, and it includes inscriptions referencing the 115th anniversary and the 2024 Liga Profesional championship.
It was worn in the match against Gimnasia La Plata in the local tournament and was released for sale at a price of $110,400.
Sky-blue jerseys aren’t very common for "El Fortín", although there were versions in the 1970s and 1980s, and a reissue made by Kappa in 2020.
