Rolando Schiavi presented the trophy to the new eLibertadores champion
The corners of old abandoned factories in Buenos Aires were the epicenter chosen by EA Sports and CONMEBOL to develop the fourth edition of eLibertadores. The contest that brings together the best 16 FIFA23 players from our region had a close to remember with a purely Brazilian final. The renowned player Baxada prevailed in the penalty shootout and received a prize of $35,000.
As part of the CONMEBOL Legends program, Rolando Schiavi was present at the finals on Sunday, enjoying a new world that, despite seeming totally alien to professional soccer, has many similarities. The CONMEBOL Libertadores champion with Boca Juniors and Estudiantes de La Plata was in charge of delivering the coveted trophy to the Brazilian player. He also had time to attend to the specialized journalists who were doing the live broadcast for Latin America and Brazil.
