FIFA’s Laws for the 2025 Club World Cup That Limit Sponsorships in the Competition
The sponsorship rule for the tournament states that any advertising on the kits must be identical to what the team uses in at least one of its national or continental competitions during the same season.
This means clubs cannot add new sponsors or modify existing agreements specifically for the tournament.
Teams will not be able to change their kit or sponsor during the tournament, so most will use their 24-25 season kits, even if contracts expire in the middle of the championship.
