FIFA announced the creation of the official 2026 World Cup Playlist with 16 different versions
For the first time, the world's most important national team tournament will have an official song for each host city.
Each host city selected a local producer or artist to reinterpret the official theme, creating a unique Sonic ID and a diverse sonic identity for the upcoming World Cup.
The cities hosting the tournament are: Houston, San Francisco, Miami, New York, Seattle, Atlanta, Mexico City, Toronto, Boston, Vancouver, Kansas City, Monterrey, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Guadalajara, and Dallas.
The playlist featuring all Sonic IDs will be available on all platforms starting March 1, with one version released per day.
