Adidas will stop dressing the Spanish team

The Royal Spanish Football Federation (REFE) announced at this time its disengagement with Adidas as a technical provider for all selections both male and female. After the World Cup in France 2019, the German brand will stop dressing the red one.

Adidas had two stages with the Spanish team: The first was between 1981 and 1983, with the World Cup in Spain in the middle. Subsequently, the three strips returned after Italy 1990. Adidas was present in the golden age of Spanish football, when the red fury won two Euro Cups (2008 and 2012) and the World Cup in South Africa 2010.

In 2015, both parties renewed their contract until 2026, but the REFE decided to terminate this agreement due to a disagreement with the German company, which will dress for the last time a Spanish team at the Women's World Cup in France 2019. On behalf of the Federation and They started with the search for a new technical provider to accompany the next goal which is the Eurocopa 2020 classification.
