The Paraguayan national team and Puma presented a jersey for people with visual disabilities

Ahead of the match against Argentina for the Qualifiers, the Paraguayan Football Association (APF) unveiled its project aimed at promoting inclusion.

With the slogan “feel the colors,” the jersey features the classic red and white stripes with blue details, along with a system of raised symbols that allow visually impaired individuals to differentiate the colors by touch.

The textures follow the constanz system, using symbols that are easy to associate with each color: flames for red, water waves for blue, and a hollow circle where light passes through for white.

This is the first time a system of symbols has been applied to a football jersey, marking an important step toward inclusion in sports.
