Orlando City sells the Naming Rights of its stadium

Since the creation of the MLS Orlando City franchise, tourists have a new attraction to visit, in addition to the fun theme parks of World Disney World and Universal. In the last few hours, the franchise announced the sale of the stadium's Naming Rights to Exploria Resorts, a hotel chain specializing in timeshare and seasonal rentals. As of today, the venue where Orlando City plays and the Orlando Pride women's team will be called Exploria Stadium.

According to local media, the venue with capacity for 25,500 spectators will be named in exchange for an amount close to 2 million dollars per year. "It is an important line of income and helps to support all the investment that I have been doing with the club, it will be present in the professional team, in the Development Academy (DA), the new training center, everything that joins help the organization, "said Alex Leitão, CEO of the franchise.
