Lay's becomes official sponsor of the Liga Profesional
AFA has reached an agreement with PepsiCo Argentina to bring the snack brand on board for the next three seasons.
Through 2028, Lay's will be featured across LPF match broadcasts and graphics, while also rolling out various fan-centered activations.
The brand joins the main sponsor category, alongside Naranja X, Pirelli, Gatorade, DiDi, Pax Assistance, La Caja, Mantecol, Medifé, and PedidosYa. In terms of tier hierarchy, they sit just below Mercado Libre (naming sponsor) and Betano (presenting sponsor).
Lay's continues its aggressive expansion in football, adding the Argentine league to a global portfolio that includes the UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Women's Champions League, and the North American Leagues Cup.
