LaLiga creates its own virtual voice assistant
Thanks to the use of Artificial Intelligence and the cognitive services of Microsoft, through the LaLiga assistant, fans will be able to access all the information of the competitions and their clubs in multiple devices: schedules, classification, results, statistics of players and clubs, and even the videos with the most important plays. With this assistant, LaLiga intends to create a new communication channel with its fans offering a new way of consumption and personalized interaction with the competition. The short-term objective is to continue improving the product so that in the next months we can also offer other features such as listening to the news or integrating with the matches.
"Voice assistants are a trend today and LaLiga, as an entertainment company that seeks to always have the latest technology and offer the best experience to its fans, has taken the step of adding the LaLiga assistant to its list of digital products" , explained the director of Digital Strategy of LaLiga, Alfredo Bermejo.
